Mollis is table top board game, designed to gamify the consultation process of children who could be suffering from mental health problems. Mollis involves 2-4 players rolling a single sided dice to move around a board. Each square has particular questions on which the players answer to progress through the game. The game is designed for children in between the ages of 10-13 years. The main area the game might be used is between a physiatrist and patient. It’s also key to highlight that the game is adaptable and could be used in group sessions in child inpatient facilities. The foundations of the game are to improve a child’s resilience through disclosure and communication.
