Wayfinder is a third person adventure game where you will play as a robot who leads a pilgrimage of robots on a perilous journey across harsh environments as they deteriorate and breakdown as well as get hunted by an enemy force on this journey. We hope that our game will strike a chord with people and evoke an emotional response from players feeling sorry for these robots this will be done though the a variety of animations to make the robots more expressive and sound design both creating an atmosphere and give the robots a range of sounds to further reinforce these remorseful emotions they can express within the experience. As well as this we also want to create an experience that will be unique for every player, this will be achieved through dynamic AI and players choice making the way your playthrough turn out be different to others therefore making them more personal further building on the emotional engagement with your playthrough of The Wayfinder.
